I wish the bottom half wainscoting was a different color blue than the top half. It looks so good for a minute when it was dark blue on top and light blue on bottom.

Did you know you can freeze rhubarb? I cut it up & vacuum seal it into quantities I typically use for baking

We called that rhubarb sauce and put it over vanilla ice cream and angel food cake! My mother made all kinds of things with Rhubarb, including crisp, pie and cobbler. She would also process the juice and freeze it in ice cube trays. Later in summer, she would make a simple syrup into which she put the frozen rhubarb juice cubes to melt and mixed it up. She would add that to a pitcher of water and it created Rhubarb Ade, like lemonade but with rhubarb! It was delicious and very pink! Enjoy!

Do you have a bigger sink to wash pots and pans? If I remember you have a prep kitchen, too? Also, I see that you usually paint the lower paneling and doors the same color as the walls. Do any of your rooms that you've renovated have wood stain on the lower paneling? Just curious not criticizing.
